The EU’s decision to impose definitive countervailing duties on Chinese-made electric vehicles (EVs) for a period of five years has sparked strong opposition. During an interview with China News Network, Michael Schumann, chairman of the Board of the German Federal Association for Economic Development and Foreign Trade, noted that they do not lie in the interest of the people in Europe.

随着西所保极宫以北区域向观众开放，沈阳故宫古建筑油饰彩画保护修复三期工程2024年项目已全部完工。据悉，沈阳故宫古建筑油饰彩画保护修复三期工程包括文德坊、武功坊、大清门东西翼门、西所宫门、迪光殿、东西游廊、保极宫、继思斋、崇谟阁、七间房、文溯阁宫门、嘉荫堂及其东西游廊、戏台、扮戏房等27栋建筑的内外檐彩画。为保证观众参观体验，工程分2024年、2025年两年实施。

沈阳故宫博物院相关负责人表示，对于古建筑本体修缮来说，其重要原则为“最小干预”，也就是要为古建筑“祛病延年”而非“返老还童”，做到“完整性”“真实性”“延续性”“可逆性”。沈阳故宫博物院细化对地仗、油饰、彩画等材料工艺做法及病害的勘察研究，科学分析油饰彩画的年代、材料、工艺、绘制技艺，监测保存环境，明确病害分布范围、特点、成因，选取较次要局部开展彩画保护前期试验，比选修复材料和工艺。自3月下旬开始分区域封闭施工，2024年10月中旬顺利完工。(完)
